It is super easy to use just pull a section of hair out 90 degrees from the head hold wand at the section where you want the curl to start with the rubber tip of the wand facing downwards diagonally and then proceed to wrap the hair around the desired diameter of the wand and in 4-5 seconds pull the wand upwards out of the curl and wahlahh!! The temperature gauge on the wand offers 3 temperatures: Low - 125 degrees Med - 150 degrees and High - 175 degrees. If you want loose beachy curls then the low to medium settings are best or you can dial the gauge up to high for those tight curls Dual Adaptor - The Cloud Nine wand is supplied with a standard two-pin Euro plug but have been fitted with a UK three-pin adapter. Should you wish to use the two-pin euro plug simply remove the screw that's positioned between the 3 pins. Universal voltage - The Cloud Nine wands can be operated with mains voltage ranging from 90v-240v 50Hz ac and will automatically adjust themselves to the varying power source.
